Refrigerator Chia Oatmeal

So I hopped on the bandwagon after hearing about Chia seeds and purchased some online.  I hear Costco and Trader Joe's carries them but I have neither where I am, so I ordered mine off Amazon.
After experimenting a couple of days, I came up with this recipe and decided to share it. I make individual servings so they are grab and go in the morning.  The dollar store sells plastic serving bowls.  Three to four in a package depending on which brand for one whole dollar.  I bought a couple packs. You can use pint size mason jars as well.

Freshly prepared Nectarine Chia Oatmeal

Refrigerator Chia Oatmeal:
Individual servings:

1/2 cup of oats
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla
Chopped Fresh fruit of choice 1/4 to 1/2 cup

Place oatmeal & chia seeds in a plastic single serving bowl make sure it has a lid.
Add all the liquids to an one cup measuring cup and stir very well. Pour it in the bowl, throw in fruit and place lid on securely and shake it good. Place them in the fridge overnight and they will be ready in the morning.
I make 4 at a time for 2 days.  I eat one for breakfast and one at night for a snack.  They are good for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Approximately 200 calories plus the fruit calories.
A good refreshing breakfast for the hot summer months.

I have 1 cherry, 1 grape and 2 nectarine chia oatmeals in the fridge that I made a short time ago.  I polished off the last blueberry Chia oatmeal this morning.
Very healthy and it taste good too!  Win/Win as far as I am concerned.
